180-day satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 180-day satisfaction guarantee on SVGLOW Crown. If you are not satisfied with your experience after consistent daily use, contact us within 180 days of your purchase date for a full refund.

How to request a refund
Email support@svglow.com with your order number and the reason for your request. No return is required. No forms. No lengthy back-and-forth. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days of your request.

Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or defective items
If your SVGLOW Crown arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@svglow.com. After 24 hours, the order may have already shipped and the standard refund policy applies.
