Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time
Standard shipping: 5–8 business days after dispatch. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Use this number to track your delivery via the carrier's website.

International shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available in future.

Address accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. SVGLOW is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of your ship date, contact us at support@svglow.com and we will investigate with the carrier.
